Raspberry and Passionfruit Sorbet

Ingredients

2 handful frozen raspberries

2 large passion fruits

Method

1. Cut open the passion fruit and remove the pulp. Sieve the pulp to remove the seeds, and keep the juice/flesh.

2. In a food processor, blend the passionfruit pulp and the frozen raspberries until a smooth frozen mix is made.

3. Either serve immediately or pop back into the freezer until later!
