Marmite Cashews



1.5 heaped teaspoon marmite
2 teaspoons water
200g raw cashews
Pinch of salt and pepper (optional)


Marmite Nuts Serves 8

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line baking tray with parchment paper

  3. Mix marmite and water in a frying pan

  4. Add nuts, and salt and pepper and heat gently and stir until nuts are coated with marmite


  5. Empty nuts into baking tray and roast for 12 – 15 minutes until nuts are fragrant and golden
