Hot Raspberry and Plum Sauce


An absolutely gorgeous addition to yogurt, granola or porridge. Serve hot or cold.

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 Fresh plums finely diced (stones removed)

1 Handful of frozen raspberries

1 Tablespoon water

Stevia to taste


1. In a saucepan, add the plums, raspberries and water.

2. Simmer on a low heat for 20minutes (or until it makes thick sweet soft sauce)

3. I like to serve this sauce hot, and have with cold greek yogurt, granola and fresh raspberries.
