200g 0% fat free greek yogurt
1 handful of your favourite berries fresh or frozen (I like mixed blackberries, raspberries and strawberries)
2 tbsp whole oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend the berries and greek yogurt together until smooth.
Stir in the oats and the chia seeds.
Leave overnight to soak, serve in the morning topped with banana, berries and flaked almonds.
