Ingredients (makes one bite)
1 salted caramel nakd bar
1 tsp mascarpone
1 drop vanilla extract
3 slices fresh banana
dark chocolate to decorate
Take the nakd bar out of its wrapper. Microwave it for 10 seconds until its soft an malleable
squash the nakd bar into a cupcake baking dish, following the shape of a cupcake mould.
Bake for around 5-8minutes in a 180degrees oven, take out when golden brown.
leave to cool (this gets hot and stays hot for a while!)
Mix the vanilla extract and the mascarpone together. Once the nakd bar mould is cool, spoon the mascarpone into the centre. Top with banana and grated chocolate.
These taste absolutely unreal! Though only downside is nakd bars are relatively expensive. You’re welcome to try make your own!
