4 x tuna steak (140g)
8tbsp sesame seeds
1 mango finely sliced
1 red onion finely sliced
4 spring onions finely sliced
20 cherry tomatoes chopped into quarters 30g coriander
fresh lime to squeeze (1-2 limes)
On a plate, cover the tuna steaks completely in the sesame seeds
In a non-slick griddle pan, dry fry the sesame coated tuna steak till toasted on the outside, but still raw on the inside.
In a bowl, mix up all of the fresh ingredients and cover in the lime juice with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
