Peach Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1


200g 0% fat Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon oats

2 ripe peaches

Top a handful of with pumpkin seeds, coconut and granola.


1. Remove the stone from the peach. In a food processor, blend the peach with the yogurt (remove the stone!)

2. Stir in a tablespoon of oats and leave overnight in the fridge to soak. 

3. Top with one sliced fresh peach, pumpkin seeds, coconut and your favourite granola.
