Marmite Cashews

Makes enough for 8


188g raw cashews

1 heaped teaspoon marmite

1.5 teaspoons water

Pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C
  2. Mix marmite and water in a frying pan
  3. Add nuts, and salt and pepper and heat gently and stir until nuts are coated with marmite mixture
  4. Empty nuts into baking tray (lined with baking parchment) and roast for 12 – 15 minutes until nuts are fragrant and golden
