Baked Pear and Walnut Bircher 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

200g 0% fat Greek yogurt

1 pear (peeled and core removed)

¼ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp of toasted walnuts

3-4 tbsp oats

5tbsp semi-skimmed milk

Stevia to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and leave overnight in the fridge.  
  2. Sprinkle the pear with stevia and cinnamon and bake at 180C for 30min until soft and golden. (Use a tiny bit of butter to coat the dish)
  3. Serve the pear hot or cold.
